MOVUSH / COMPANY POLICIES

Shipping Policy.

What to expect when planning the production, shipping and delivery of your Movush acoustic pods and furniture.
DRAFT FOR REVIEW / 11 SEPTEMBER 2026
YOUR DELIVERY JOURNEY

From our workshop. To your workspace.

Your product, destination and agreed delivery scope shape the shipping plan.
01

Prepare

Confirm models, finishes, quantities and schedule.
02

Ship

Agree the route, freight terms and documents.
03

Receive

Plan site access, inspection and installation.
01

Shipping arranged around your project

Movush supplies acoustic pods and commercial furniture for project enquiries. Shipping availability, cost and service level are confirmed for each destination and order. Please share the delivery country, postcode, product models and quantities when requesting a quotation.
This policy provides a general guide. Your accepted quotation, order confirmation and agreed delivery terms define the scope for your order and take priority where they differ, subject to applicable mandatory law. Orders placed through an independent dealer may follow that dealer’s delivery arrangements.
02

Production & preparation times

The following indicative preparation periods apply to eligible acoustic pod orders after order confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit. Model, quantity, component availability and specification approval affect the schedule.
1–3
DAYS
Basic models in stock
7–10
DAYS
Basic models with semi-finished stock
20–30
DAYS
Regular production orders
Custom dimensions, colours or functions require a separately confirmed schedule. Seating, tables and other furniture also have product-specific lead times. Your order confirmation should state the start date, whether days are calendar or working days, and the expected readiness date.

Preparation time is separate from transit time.

These ranges are planning references for pod preparation. They are not a promise of arrival at your address. International freight, customs clearance, local delivery and installation require additional time.
03

Shipping methods & freight charges

The transport plan is selected for the product size, packed volume, destination and project schedule. Sea or road freight may suit larger furniture and pod orders; air freight or courier services may be considered for suitable samples or parts. Available options must be confirmed in your quotation.
Freight is calculated from the shipment, route and service scope. Product prices do not include freight, insurance, duties, taxes or installation unless the quotation expressly includes them. Additional services and charges should be identified before you accept the shipping arrangement.
04

Delivery terms, duties & insurance

Your quotation should identify the agreed Incoterms® rule and version, where used, together with the named delivery place or port. These terms allocate transport responsibilities, relevant costs and the point at which risk transfers. No single shipping term applies automatically to every Movush order.

Duties & taxes

Responsibility for import clearance, duties, local taxes and destination fees follows the agreed delivery terms. Do not assume delivery is duty-paid unless confirmed in writing.

Cargo insurance

Insurance is included only when required by the agreed term or expressly stated in the quotation. Confirm cover, exclusions and the claims process before dispatch.

Your own forwarder

If collection by your forwarder is agreed, confirm the collection point, booking, handling requirements and document responsibilities before pickup.
Incoterms do not replace the other terms of sale. Payment, ownership, installation and warranty arrangements remain as set out in your contract.
05

Packing & shipment documents

Packing is specified for the model and agreed transport route. Acoustic pods may ship as modular components for on-site assembly. Crates, pallets, cartons and protective materials depend on the product; the packing list should confirm package count, dimensions and weight for the actual order.
Commercial invoices, packing lists and relevant freight documents will be coordinated according to the order. Tell us before confirmation if your destination requires particular certificates, origin documents or packing treatments, so availability, timing and cost can be reviewed.
06

Dispatch, transit & updates

Dispatch depends on product readiness, the agreed payment milestones and transport arrangements. Shipment references or freight updates will be provided as available. Freight shipments may use booking or shipment milestones rather than live parcel tracking.
Transit estimates depend on the route, carrier, customs clearance, port conditions, weather and local delivery arrangements. If a material change becomes known to us, we will communicate the available update and discuss next steps. Book installers against a confirmed delivery arrangement, allowing for possible transit changes.
07

Site access, unloading & installation

Before booking delivery, confirm the following with your project team and Movush or the delivering partner:
• The full address, site contact, delivery hours and any booking or vehicle restrictions.
• Loading access, suitable unloading equipment, and responsibility for unloading and moving goods indoors.
• Doorways, corridors, lift dimensions and load limits, stairs, ceiling height and the route to the final position.
• A dry, secure receiving area and suitable space for unpacking and assembly.
• The appointed installer, required tools, power supply and any building-management approvals.

Confirm the complete delivery scope.

Indoor placement, upper-floor delivery, assembly, electrical work and removal of packaging are included only when stated in the quotation. Modular pod delivery does not automatically include installation.
08

Receiving & reporting damage

01

Check the delivery

Compare the package count with the delivery documents. Inspect visible packing and goods before signing where practical, and record visible damage or shortages on the receipt.
02

Keep a clear record

Photograph the packaging, labels and affected items. Keep the packaging and supporting documents until Movush, the carrier or insurer provides instructions.
03

Contact us promptly

Email info@movush.com with your order reference, delivery date, affected items and photos. Report concealed damage as soon as it is discovered.
We will review the evidence and help coordinate the appropriate next step under the agreed terms, carrier or insurance process, and applicable law. Carrier or insurer notification deadlines may apply; report promptly to preserve available claims. This policy does not create an automatic loss of statutory rights simply because damage was not visible at delivery.
09

Changes, storage & redelivery

Contact us as early as possible if you need to change the delivery address, quantity, configuration or schedule. Changes after production or freight booking may affect cost and timing, and remain subject to written agreement.
Where a delivery cannot proceed because of inaccurate details, an unavailable recipient or an unprepared site, storage, rebooking or redelivery charges may arise under the agreed terms. We will explain applicable charges and seek agreement where required. Cancellations and returns are governed by the order terms and applicable law, not by this shipping guide alone.

Questions about your shipment

For a shipping quotation, share the product models, quantities, destination postcode and required delivery scope. For an existing order, include your order reference so we can locate the shipment details.
