Effective date: September 12, 2026
App: MOVUSH Codex Integration
App ID: 1114415791099544
Privacy contact: info@movush.com

This notice supplements the MOVUSH Privacy Policy and explains how Foshan Movush Furniture Co.,Ltd, trading as Movush (“Movush,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), processes data through the internal business integration called MOVUSH Codex Integration.

The integration is used only by authorized Movush business administrators and system users to manage Meta business assets that Movush has expressly connected. It is not a consumer-facing Facebook Login service, and it does not ask people to provide their Facebook or Instagram password to Movush.

1. Scope and Meta Platform data we process

Depending on the permissions granted and the feature an authorized administrator chooses to use, the integration may process:

  • Business and asset information: business, system-user, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, ad-account, pixel and connected-asset identifiers; asset names; assigned roles; and permission status.
  • Advertising information: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, uploaded media, targeting selections, budgets, schedules, delivery settings, status, diagnostics, and performance or insight data.
  • Facebook Page and Instagram information: profile and account fields, posts, media, captions, comments, reactions, messages, conversation metadata, and Page or account insights, but only when an authorized feature requires that information.
  • Operational information: access-token status, API request and response metadata, timestamps, error and security logs, and audit records needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the integration. Access tokens and app credentials are treated as confidential credentials and are not intended to appear in public content or ordinary logs.
  • Content supplied by Movush: text, images, videos, links, audience instructions, campaign settings, and other materials an authorized administrator asks the integration to create, read, update, or manage.

The integration is configured for Movush-authorized assets. It is not intended to access unrelated personal profiles, businesses, Pages, Instagram accounts, or advertising accounts.

2. How and why we use the data

We process the data to:

  • create, read, update, pause, and manage Movush advertising objects when directed by an authorized administrator;
  • manage authorized Facebook Page and Instagram content, engagement, communications, and insights when the relevant feature is used;
  • prepare reports, verify delivery state, maintain audit records, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, and secure credentials and connected assets;
  • confirm that actions remain within the intended Movush business, account, Page, Instagram account, and authorization scope; and
  • comply with applicable law, Meta Platform terms, valid requests, and security obligations.

Authorized automation tools, including Codex-based workflows, may process relevant Meta Platform data to carry out Movush-directed operations. Movush does not sell Meta Platform data, use it to build unrelated profiles, or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

3. Disclosure, retention, and security

We may disclose relevant data to Meta when using Meta APIs and business tools, and to approved hosting, automation, security, and technical-support providers acting for Movush. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect rights, security, and platform integrity. Meta independently controls its own processing under its terms and privacy notices.

We retain Meta Platform data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized operation, audit, security, legal, or dispute purpose. Access tokens are retained only while required for the approved connection and should be rotated, revoked, or removed when compromised, replaced, or no longer needed. When data is no longer necessary, access is withdrawn, deletion is requested, or deletion is required by Meta or law, we delete, de-identify, or securely isolate the relevant data unless a legal obligation requires limited retention.

We use safeguards appropriate to the data, including access controls, least-privilege assignment, credential separation, secure transmission, token redaction, audit records, and restrictions against placing tokens or app secrets in public content.

4. Data deletion and disconnection

You may request deletion of data processed through MOVUSH Codex Integration by emailing info@movush.com with the subject Meta Platform Data Deletion.

Please include:

  1. your name and business email address;
  2. the company or organization you represent;
  3. a description of the information or connected asset involved; and
  4. where available, the relevant Facebook Page name, Instagram username, or ad-account identifier.

Do not email a password, access token, app secret, payment-card number, government ID, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We may take proportionate steps to verify identity, authority, and the relevant records before deleting or disclosing information. After verification, we will delete or de-identify data that Movush controls without undue delay, subject to lawful exceptions and limited records required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or legal claims. We will also revoke or remove integration credentials when appropriate and within our control.

An authorized Meta Business administrator can also disconnect the integration by removing its business-asset assignments, revoking the system-user token, or removing the app through the applicable Meta Business or account settings. Disconnecting Meta access does not automatically delete records that must be retained by Meta under Meta’s own terms; requests about data controlled by Meta should be directed to Meta.

5. Changes and contact

We may update this notice if the integration, permissions, data flows, providers, or legal requirements change. The published page will display the current effective date. Materially different processing will not begin until any required notice, approval, or consent has been completed.
